Privacy policy
Revised October 25, 2026
The data controller
The publisher of this site is the data controller, a private individual acting on a non-professional basis whose identity has been provided to the host named in the legal notice (Article 6-III-2 of the law on confidence in the digital economy).
Data collected
The pages of this site are static. It has no form, no member area, and no advertising tracker. Only overall traffic is counted, without cookies (see “Visit counting” below). The publisher collects, on simple reading, no data that could identify a visitor.
Visit counting
To know how many pages are read, which ones, and from which sites people arrive here, the publisher uses its own audience counter, hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Workers service and D1 database). When a page is displayed, a short script sends to the site itself, which passes them on to this counter, only two pieces of information: the address of the page viewed (without its parameters) and the name of the site the visitor came from, if any. It sends nothing when the page is reloaded or reopened with the “back” button.
This counter installs no cookie, writes nothing to the browser's storage, and issues no identifier: it cannot recognize a visitor from one page or visit to the next. It records neither the IP address nor the characteristics of the browser: only aggregated counters — a number of views per site, per day, per page, and per referring site. Known bots are never counted among visitors: their visits are kept separate, under the name of their family alone. These counters are kept for 25 months at most, then erased.
The same script also counts clicks toward the shop linked to this site. When a visitor clicks such a link, it reports to the site, which passes it on to the same counter, the path of the page carrying the link, the form of the link (in the text, box, or button), and the name of the site the visitor arrived from on that page, if any — nothing more. The counter keeps only a number of clicks per day, per page, and per form, with a number of clicks per day and per origin (search engine, assistant, social network, direct access), without cookie and without identifier, for 25 months at most.
These figures serve exclusively to measure the audience of this site, solely on the publisher's behalf. They are neither cross-referenced with other processing, nor used for advertising purposes, nor sold; they do not allow tracking of browsing on other sites. Under these conditions, audience measurement is not subject to consent (Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and CNIL recommendations on audience measurement); it rests on the publisher's legitimate interest in knowing the traffic to its site.
Visitors may object at any time without affecting the reading of the site, by turning off JavaScript or by blocking, in a content blocker, the address /i9g2ez3w5/wu7fuqsyy of this site, where the script sends its signal.
Host logs
Connection logs may be kept by the host, Cloudflare, Inc., (IP address, timestamp, page requested, user agent) to ensure the security and operation of the service. This processing is the host's own: it follows its own privacy policy, which the publisher does not control.
Article 6-II of the law on confidence in the digital economy requires certain connection data to be kept for a limited period, for the purpose of investigating and establishing offenses.
Cookies
No cookie is set by this site, including for audience measurement. If an advertising tool or another tracker were ever added, this section would be updated and a consent mechanism put in place before any tracker that is not strictly necessary is set.
Outbound commercial links
A few articles lead to merchant sites. These links carry no tracking identifier, and the product images shown here are served by this site itself. On another site, its own privacy policy takes over.
Visitors' rights
Visitors have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability regarding data about them. As this site keeps no data that could identify a visitor, it has in principle nothing to provide; for any request, the host named in the legal notice can be contacted, and will relay it to the publisher.
If rights seem not to be respected, a complaint may be sent to the CNIL: <https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes>.
Outside the European Union
Hosting is provided by Cloudflare, Inc., whose infrastructure may process data outside the European Union. The safeguards provided by the GDPR, including standard contractual clauses, govern these transfers.
The audience measurement counters are stored in a database located in the European Union. Each signal may be briefly processed by Cloudflare, Inc. outside the Union, on the server closest to the visitor; Cloudflare adheres to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, supplemented by the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
